02How we use information
We use enquiry information to review your request, understand what you are trying to build or improve, respond to you, and continue the conversation if you would like to work with us.
We do not sell enquiry information, and we do not use it for advertising.
03How enquiries are stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in the backend system that supports this website so they can be reviewed and answered. Access to stored enquiries requires authentication, and the enquiry records are not readable from the public website.
04Email communications
When an enquiry is submitted, a notification email may be sent to hello@burhanlabs.in so the enquiry can be picked up. We may also reply to you directly using the email address or phone number you provided.
We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list without their agreement.
05Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect enquiry information, including authenticated access to the backend and access controls that restrict who can read stored enquiries.
No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim that it is.
06Data retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain useful for responding to the enquiry, maintaining a record of business conversations, or meeting obligations that apply to us. You can ask us to remove your enquiry information, and we will do so where we are able to.
07Third-party services
Operating this website and the enquiry system involves service providers, including hosting and database infrastructure and an email delivery provider used to send enquiry notifications. These providers process information on our behalf so the website and enquiry system can function.
Information may also be accessed by authorized Burhan Labs personnel who need it to review and respond to enquiries.
08Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only what is needed for the site and the enquiry system to work. It does not currently run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
09User rights and requests
You can contact us to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will handle these requests reasonably and within the limits of what applies to us. Specific statutory rights depend on where you are located.
